The kind of place where the innkeeper knows your name.
Winthrop is a skinny little peninsula town — a few streets wide, water on both sides, and a seawall promenade that half the neighborhood walks every evening. We're right on that shore road, close enough that the surf is the last thing you hear at night.
No lobby music, no resort fees. Just clean, comfortable rooms — some with kitchenettes if you're staying a while — and honest advice about where to get breakfast. Guests come for the beach, for a night before a flight, for a Boston trip without Boston prices. Usually all three.
